Tell us briefly what is going on and who the appointment is for. It helps to have their age, what you have noticed and roughly when it started, and any previous test results to hand.

We Match the Appointment

We tell you which assessment you need and how long to set aside, then book you in. If you are travelling from outside the city, say so and we will try to arrange everything in a single visit.

Results the Same Day

Appointments run between 45 and 90 minutes depending on what is being assessed, and we explain what we found before you leave rather than sending it on afterwards.

    Yes for speech and language therapy. Hearing testing has to be done in the clinic because it needs a controlled sound environment.
    Any referral letter or previous test results, your current hearing aids and their paperwork if you have them, and for a child, someone who knows their history well. It also helps to write down the questions you want answered, because it is easy to forget them in the room.
    Yes, there is parking on site at Kings Tower.
    We are on Nsubuga Road, off the main Ggaba Road in Kabalagala. If you are coming by boda, Kings Tower on Nsubuga Road is the landmark to give. Call us on the day if you are having trouble and we will talk you in.
